These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of IA Remodeling’s website and services. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Service Overview IA Remodeling connects homeowners with construction professionals for free in-home estimates. Communication occurs via phone, and estimates are provided physically at the homeowner’s location.
  2. User Responsibilities
  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when requesting an estimate.
  • You acknowledge that IA Remodeling is a referral service and not a contractor.
  1. No Guarantees We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of contractors. Any agreements made between homeowners and contractors are separate from IA Remodeling.
  2. Limitation of Liability IA Remodeling is not liable for any damages, disputes, or issues that arise from interactions with contractors.
  3. Modifications We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time.
  4. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions..

Do Not Call (DNC) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Compliance Policy

IA Remodeling is committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable Do Not Call (DNC) regulations to protect consumer privacy.

  1. DNC Compliance
  • We honor all requests to be added to our internal DNC list within ten (10) business days of the request.
  • Consumers can opt-out of future communications by contacting us at [email protected] or responding “STOP” to any text message.
  • We do not call individuals who are listed on the National Do Not Call Registry unless they have provided prior express written consent or have an established business relationship with IA Remodeling within the past eighteen (18) months.
  1. TCPA Compliance
  • We only contact consumers using autodialers or pre-recorded messages when legally permitted and with prior express written consent.
  • We do not send unsolicited text messages to consumers without their explicit opt-in consent.
  • Our representatives clearly identify themselves and IA Remodeling during calls and provide a valid phone number for consumers to request removal or additional information.
  • Calls are only made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time, unless explicitly requested by the consumer.
  1. Exemptions
  • Calls may still be made if you have an existing business relationship with IA Remodeling.
  • We may contact you in response to a service inquiry or appointment confirmation.
  • Calls related to service updates, scheduling changes, or contractual obligations are permitted under TCPA guidelines.
  1. Reporting a Violation If you believe you have received an unsolicited call, text message, or voicemail from IA Remodeling in violation of the DNC or TCPA laws, please report it immediately to [email protected].
  2. Enforcement Violations of this policy by employees or contractors will result in disciplinary action, including termination where appropriate. We actively monitor compliance through training and audits.
